Thomas E. Kirschling

Thomas E. Kirschling has a significant amount of work experience in the healthcare industry. Thomas E. is currently the Director of Data Science and Clinical Strategy at RedSail Technologies, LLC, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Data Officer at MelioraCuris, LLC starting in June 2021.

Before their current roles, Kirschling worked at Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC from 2011 to 2021. During their time there, they held various positions including Principal, Practice Innovation and Regulatory Controls, Pharmacy Compliance Officer, and Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Services.

From 2011 to 2014, Kirschling worked as the Director of Pharmacy at Denver Health. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Pharmacy Operations at UPMC from 2006 to 2011. Thomas E. also gained experience as an Administrative Resident Pharmacist at UW Health from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their industry roles, Kirschling has been an Affiliate Faculty member at Regis University College for Professional Studies since August 2015. Overall, they have a diverse range of experiences and expertise in data science, clinical strategy, and pharmacy operations.

Thomas E. Kirschling has a diverse educational background spanning multiple fields. Thomas E. obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004. Thomas then pursued a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy Administration from the same university, which they completed in 2006. In 2010, they attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where they earned a Master of Studies degree specializing in Health Law. Most recently, in 2020, Thomas graduated from Regis University with a Master of Science degree in Data Science.

In addition to their formal education, Thomas has also obtained several certifications. Thomas E. achieved Lean Black Belt certification from the Denver Health Medical Center in May 2012. In August 2008, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Motorola University (Novations Group). Lastly, in May 2016, Thomas received certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) Compliance Certification Board.
