Thomas E. Kirschling has a significant amount of work experience in the healthcare industry. Thomas E. is currently the Director of Data Science and Clinical Strategy at RedSail Technologies, LLC, a position they have held since September 2021. In 2010, they attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where they earned a Master of Studies degree specializing in Health Law. Most recently, in 2020, Thomas graduated from Regis University with a Master of Science degree in Data Science.

In addition to their formal education, Thomas has also obtained several certifications. Thomas E. achieved Lean Black Belt certification from the Denver Health Medical Center in May 2012. In August 2008, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Motorola University (Novations Group). Lastly, in May 2016, Thomas received certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) Compliance Certification Board.
