Q. Mosley has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. They currently hold the position of Director of People and Culture at Redscout since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Moët Hennessy as a Recruitment and Development Manager from April 2021 to June 2022. Q. Mosley also gained experience at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from January 2017 to April 2021, where they held various roles including Manager of Talent Acquisition, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter. Before that, they served as a Global HR Manager at The NeuroLeadership Institute from March 2015 to December 2016, and as an HR Associate from October 2014 to March 2015. They also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at First Protocol from February 2014 to August 2014. Earlier in their career, Q. Mosley held positions at Viewpoint Sales and Marketing, Saks Fifth Avenue, macys.com, The Robert Allen Group, and Rainbow Apparel Co.

Q. Mosley has a diverse education history. Q. Mosley, She/hers/her attended Miss Halls School from 1996 to 2000, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fashion at Centenary University. Following that, Q. Mosley attended Stony Brook University from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master's degree in HR Management. Most recently, they engaged in a program at UC Irvine, where they completed a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR Professionals, which they concluded in 2022.
