Eugenia Katsnelson

Eugenia Katsnelson, PMP has been working in the technology field since 2003. Eugenia began their career as a .Net/Sharepoint Application Consultant at InStep Software, LLC. In 2005, they joined Allstate as a Data Team Lead/Scrum Master/Product Owner, where they managed employees of the Data Management team and was responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of data in the production and test environments. Most recently, they joined RedShelf in 2021 as a Product Owner / Scrum Master.

Eugenia Katsnelson, PMP holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago. Eugenia also has additional certifications, including a PSM I from Scrum.org obtained in November 2020, a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute obtained in May 2014, and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT obtained in April 2013.
