Issam Bandak

Issam Bandak has a diverse range of work experience in the software industry. Their most recent role was as the Director of Sales Engineering at Red Sift, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BCS Inc. as the Founder / DevOps Consultant, specializing in AWS cloud services and implementing automation, monitoring, security, migration, and deployment strategies.

From 2018 to 2021, Issam was a Sr. Manager of Sales Engineering at Valimail. Before that, they served as the Head of QA and DevOps at Zephyr, where they led the QA and Cloud Operations departments and reported to the CEO.

Issam also worked as the Director of Software Quality Assurance at Patni Computer System, where they established QA departments for clients in the telecommunications industry and implemented QA processes throughout the SDLC.

Earlier in their career, Issam held positions as a QA Manager at Entrypoint Inc, where they oversaw quality assurance for backend servers and PointCast clients, and as a QA Manager at Pointcast Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Senior QA Engineer at The Wollongong Group, where they led quality assurance testing for networking products.

Issam Bandak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, Systems & Decision Sciences, and Business Administration from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business. Issam also obtained a certification as a Great Demo! Practitioner from Great Demo!.
