Andrew Blum

Andrew Blum currently serves as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Interwell Health, a position held since July 2024. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and engagement, Andrew has held significant roles with organizations such as the Boston Red Sox, focusing on the Fan & Youth Engagement - Mascot Program since June 2008. Prior to Interwell Health, Andrew worked as the Head of People & Culture at Cartwheel, which emphasizes mental health support for students and families, and served as Director of Talent Acquisition at SCAN. Additional experience includes leadership positions in talent acquisition at One Medical, Iora Health, Reliant Medical Group, and Steward Health Care. Andrew's career began in sales with roles at Futura Sales and Daiichi Sankyo. Andrew holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Bentley University.
