Shane Larisey

Shane Larisey, PE, is a seasoned professional in engineering, manufacturing, and investment, currently serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at Redstick Ventures since September 2022, focusing on technology investments within the food lifecycle. Prior to this role, Shane founded Janus Tech Services in April 2015, where expertise in hardware entrepreneurship was applied to design, manufacture, and sell equipment across multiple countries. As a Venture Investor at VU Venture Partners, Shane contributed to the Deep Tech deal team, investing in seven companies until June 2023. Previous positions include Senior Applications Engineering Manager at Innovex, where leadership and mentoring were emphasized, and various engineering and management roles at Weatherford and Halliburton, focusing on technical strategy, operations, and sales growth. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
