Nicole Gullo

Nicole Gullo is an experienced hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in restaurant management. Currently serving as General Manager at Redstone American Grill since October 2019, Nicole has also held various roles within the same company, including Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, and Front of the House Manager from October 2015 to May 2023. Prior experience includes Food and Beverage Manager at The Radnor Hotel, Dining Room Manager at Paramour at the Wayne Hotel, and serving positions at Savona Restaurant and Glasbern Inn. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from The Culinary Institute of America, and completed high school at Bridgewater-Raritan High School.
