Ashli Minor

Ashli Minor is currently serving as the Assistant Manager of the Member Contact Center at Redstone Federal Credit Union since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ashli held several positions at Avadian Credit Union from May 2018 to September 2023, including Contact Center Assistant Manager, Contact Center Team Lead, and Senior Member Experience Advocate. Ashli's earlier experience includes working as a Customer Account Executive at Comcast Cable from January 2012 to May 2018. In terms of education, Ashli Minor is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Walden University, set to complete in February 2025, and is also working towards an Associate's degree in General Studies at Columbia College, which began in 2020.
