Ericka Gorman

Ericka Gorman, MBA, PMP, CBAP, currently serves as a Credit Union Advisory Committee Member at Experian and Treasurer on the Board of Directors at the Food Bank of North Alabama. In addition, Ericka holds the position of Advisory Committee Chair for Neighborhood Concepts, Inc., focusing on the Northern Alabama Revolving Loan Fund. As Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Redstone Federal Credit Union, Ericka leads lending activities and strategies. Previous roles include Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Operations Officer at Great Lakes Credit Union, along with extensive experience in product strategy and project management at Alliant Credit Union and Great Lakes Credit Union. Educational credentials include an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Management and Human Resource Management from Columbia College.
