Madison Palombo

Madison Palombo, MHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University since August 2024. Madison has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as a Store Manager at Handy Rentals from September 2013 to December 2015 and progressing through various HR roles, including Office Assistant and Office Specialist at BYU Store and Missionary Training Center, respectively. Madison’s responsibilities have included managing employee hiring processes, payroll, disciplinary actions, and training programs. As a Human Resources Generalist at Redstone Residential since November 2019, Madison handles HR needs for a segment of the employee portfolio, collaborates with recruiting efforts, and oversees payroll processes. Madison holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
