Martin Knapp

Martin Knapp has extensive experience in the residential real estate industry, currently serving as the Director of Lease-Up Operations at Redstone Residential since June 2022. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Greystar from July 2020 to June 2022 and various managerial positions at Alliance Residential Company from April 2016 to July 2020, focusing on high-rise lease-ups. Martin's career began at RHP Properties as a Regional Manager and Community Manager from April 2011 to September 2015, preceded by experience at NALS Apartment Homes as a Property Leasing Manager and Leasing Agent. Martin gained experience in housing and rehabilitation facilities as Area Manager at Valley Behavioral Health in 2015. Martin holds a high school diploma from West High School and attended Salt Lake Community College from 2004 to 2006.
