Taylor Roberts

Taylor Roberts, MHR, aPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Redstone Residential, implementing HR policies to enhance employee engagement and retention, while managing payroll for over 650 employees. Previously, as a Recruiting Specialist, Taylor coordinated recruiting for more than 165 Redstone properties across the U.S. Taylor's experience includes roles at CertainTeed as an HR Assistant/Recruiter, where staffing production positions was achieved for the first time in six years, and at Isagenix, where Taylor excelled in sales and account management. Earlier experience includes training new hires at Pharmatech. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Utah Valley University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Utah State University.
