Wesley Eldredge

Wesley Eldredge serves as the Director of Learning and Development. Wesley conducted his doctoral work at Oregon State University where he studied adult education and leadership. More specifically, he explored how organizational mission drives culture and performance-based outcomes. After working at Utah Valley University for 10 years as an administrator, Wesley re-visited his original passion of asset management, where he remains committed to extending Redstone’s thoughtful mission and core values to site teams during tremendous growth and proven results.
