Lucas is also an Investor and Board Member at eaze and Careloop, engaging in pre-seed and seed investments respectively. Prior to their current roles, Lucas served as the COO at a proptech startup and worked as a VC Investor at Redstone. Additionally, Lucas has experience in consulting and business development roles at companies like Deloitte, Capgemini Consulting, and DWR eco GmbH. Lucas holds a CEMS Master's in International Management, a Master of Science in Financial Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies.
