Geoff Winegar

Geoff Winegar is a Partner on the Investment Team at MVP Ventures, where efforts focus on utilizing a proprietary data platform to identify and support innovative technology teams from Seed through exit. Previously, Geoff served as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, concentrating on software due diligence for growth equity and late-stage VC firms, and as a Growth and Product Operations specialist at Starship Technologies, where contributions were made to go-to-market strategies. Earlier roles include Venture Partner at Contrary, where Geoff identified top MIT startups, and Investor at Peterson Ventures, focusing on seed-stage investments. Geoff's background also encompasses positions in NPI operations and strategy for autonomous vehicles, as well as experience in strategy consulting and advanced analytics. An educational background includes dual degrees from MIT in Business Administration and Civil and Environmental Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
