Johan Mostert

Johan Mostert started their work experience as a Student Intern at ABB in 2013 and again in 2014. In 2016, they joined Redstor as a Software Developer, where they worked on building data management and disaster recovery software. Johan later became the Software Developer Team Lead before their current role as the Engineering Manager. In this role, Johan leads the Platform & Innovation Tribe at Redstor, focusing on modernizing and innovating the company's core platform capabilities. Johan'sresponsibilities include strategy and planning, team management, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Johan Mostert completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Computer Engineering from North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit, spanning from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. Johan received a certification in "Holding Your Team Accountable" and "Managing for Results" from LinkedIn in August 2021. Johan also acquired a certification in "Exam 483: Programming in C#" from Microsoft in February 2020. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in "Understanding Occupational Health and Safety" from LWTRC in April 2014.
