Jolette Roodt

Jolette Roodt is an experienced technical writer with a strong background in creating user guides, troubleshooting documentation, and training materials at Redstor since May 2018. Roodt's expertise includes collaborating with developers for product updates, producing multimedia content, and conducting user testing to enhance UX design. Prior to Redstor, Roodt worked as a writer/analyst at Entersekt, focusing on industry-related content and market analysis. Roodt also has a history in interpreting and education, serving as a senior interpreter at Stellenbosch University and an English tutor. In addition to these roles, Roodt has freelance experience as a translator and writer for notable publications. Roodt holds several degrees from Stellenbosch University, including a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Culture.
