Edward Nwokedi CCIM MBA has a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Edward began their career in 1985 as President of City Garage - Carstar, a automotive repair franchise with seven Bay Area locations. In 2002, they moved to Colliers International as a Broker - Multifamily. In 2004, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Director of Apartment Brokerage and Advisory Services. Most recently, in 2018, they founded and became Chief Executive Officer of RedSwan CRE, a digital marketplace of quality tokenized commercial real estate. At RedSwan CRE, they established a new source of funding for commercial real estate and options early liquidity to accredited investors.

Edward Nwokedi CCIM MBA has an educational history that spans four decades. Edward earned a B.S. in Accounting and Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan in 1982. In 1998, they graduated with an MBA in International Business and Finance from Saint Mary's College of California. In 2022, they are expected to complete a FinTech program at The Wharton School.
