Roy M. has over 17 years of professional experience in the technology and business sector. Roy began their career in 2001 as an Equity Analyst at Credit Suisse. In 2006, they became the Marketing and Strategy Manager at Liberty Media - E-commerce Business Unit, where they developed e-commerce strategies, Big Data Analytics models, and online marketing campaigns. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Business and New Technology Executive at The Walt Disney Company, where they developed business plans for top two Disney emerging technology growth initiatives and created new media business models. In 2010, they became the Vice President at Open Media Group. From 2012 to 2018, they were the President and Founder of Venture Aviator, where they helped to build three tech companies that successfully exited to Billion Dollar companies, one of the top 15 Fastest Growing Companies in USA for 2017, and Multiple TechCrunch Disrupt Award Winners. In 2018, they became the COO at RedSwan CRE and the President at Blockvolution. Roy also served as a Startup Mentor at JFE Startup Accelerator from 2014 to 2018.

Roy M. received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management, studied at the University of London, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Rochester.
