Arafat Kazi has a wealth of experience in creative and strategy campaigns. Arafat began their career in 2005 as a Creative Group Head at Bitopi Leo Burnett, where they were responsible for all English copy and led broadcast campaigns. Arafat also created and relaunched brands such as Sensation Condoms, Kazi & Kazi Tea, and Radio Foorti. In 2011, they interned at Mullen and Crispin Porter + Bogusky, and then freelanced at Glass Agency, where they worked on video, radio, digital, and social media for Save Mart/Lucky Supermarkets, Sutter Hospitals, California Office of Traffic Safety, and Togo’s Sandwiches. Arafat then worked as a Senior Copywriter at AMP Agency for Hasbro girl brands’ social streams, and in 2017, they were a Senior Copywriter at Shorelight Education and Creative Director at RedSwan5. At RedSwan5, they led creative and strategy campaigns for Discover-E, Harvard Business Publishing, iWitness, and more.
Arafat Kazi earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University between 2001 and 2009. Arafat then went on to earn a Master of Science in Advertising with a focus on Copywriting from Boston University in 2010.
