Carol Gómez has a diverse work experience in different companies. Carol started their career at SESGA CONTRATISTA SAC as an Administrative Assistant, where they performed various tasks such as handling documentation, assisting in the accounting department, and making payments to suppliers. Carol then moved on to Reset Software & Sistemas, where they worked as an Administrator, managing resources, projects, and clients. At Timport Gps SAC, Carol worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant, managing client portfolios, cash handling, monitoring transport units, and creating vehicle movement reports. Currently, they are working at RedTeam Software as a Project Coordinator, where they manage construction projects and communicates with teams through the cloud-based project management solution provided by RedTeam.

Carol Gómez attended the Centro de Alta Tecnología - CAT from 2015 to 2017, earning a Técnico degree in the field of study "Computación 2.0". Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they attended the Universidad Privada Leonardo Da Vinci, where they pursued a Grado en Administración de Empresas, specializing in Bachiller en Administración de Empresas.
