Mark Ridenhour

Mark Ridenhour serves as the VP of Finance and Operations at RedTeam since February 2024. Previously, Ridenhour held the position of VP Finance at Agility Recovery, where leadership in finance and sales operations contributed to the company’s $50M ARR and led to the successful sale of the organization. Experience also includes roles at SugarCRM as Vice President of Financial Operations, overseeing FP&A and financial operations for a $115M ARR SaaS provider, and as Director of Finance at both Mersive Technologies and Axcient, focusing on GAAP accounting, process improvements, and strategic financial planning. Ridenhour's career began with significant contributions to financial management at BSN Medical and Ashwood Development Company. Ridenhour's educational background consists of a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and ongoing pursuit of an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
