Abdifitah Abdi

Abdifitah Abdi is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and financial management. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Redthread since June 2023, Abdifitah previously worked as a Disrupting Exploitation Project Worker at The Children's Society and as a Youth Program Coordinator at Al-manaar. Abdifitah has also been involved with Westminster City Council as a Panel Member for the Youth Offending Service and has held various roles at Redthread, including Youth Intervention Practitioner and Finance Officer. Prior experiences include the position of Accounts Assistant at Pink Shirtmaker, Accounts Payable at CBRE, and Junior Accountant at Rolladome All Skate, where key responsibilities included bookkeeping and managing invoices. Abdifitah began a career with Superdrug as a sales assistant, eventually becoming a Team Lead, demonstrating strong management and customer service skills.
