Kayla Kanta

Kayla Kanta is an experienced project manager currently working at redthread since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kayla served as a CLUB Marketing Specialist at Cabela's from January 2022 to June 2023 and worked at Hyvee Grocery as a Floral Associate from June 2020 to January 2022. Kayla gained teaching experience as a teaching assistant for the Introduction to Lodging course at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in late 2021. Earlier in the career, Kayla held various positions within the hospitality and retail sectors, including food runner at Union 32 Crafthouse, banquet server at Hillcrest Country Club, front desk agent at La Quinta by Wyndham, and sales associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, following graduation from Rosemount High School in 2018.
