Gustav Harttung

Gustav Harttung is currently the Head of Supply Chain at REDUCED, providing maternity cover. Prior to this role, Gustav worked as a Tenant at Korsbækdal, where Gustav cultivated high-quality cereals and proteins for human consumption on an organic farm in Jutland. With a background in business administration and economics, Gustav has also held positions as a Partner at Sing Tehus, an Associate at Aperitas, and as an Intern at Kølster malt og øl and SEKEM. Gustav holds a Master's degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Copenhagen. Gustav's experiences in various industries have provided him with a well-rounded understanding of supply chain management and sustainable agriculture practices.
