Beate Kraushaar

Beate Kraushaar has over three decades of professional experience in various administrative and managerial roles. Currently serving as the Assistant to Management at Redwave Medical GmbH since May 2021, Beate previously held the position of Manager Sales Administration at Intershop Communications from February 2011 to April 2021. Prior to that, a parental leave was taken from April 2007 to January 2011. Beate's earlier career includes significant roles such as Executive Assistant in Finance & Administration at Honda Bank GmbH (September 1997 - March 2007), Assistant to the Manager of Logistics Europe at Nokia Electronics Bochum GmbH (June 1995 - February 1997), and Secretary of the European Service Center at Nokia Unterhaltungselektronik GmbH (February 1991 - June 1995). The career began as an Export Clerk at Rux GmbH from November 1988 to February 1991.
