Benjamin Wilmhoff serves as Product Director for RF Systems at both Redwire Space and Roccor, LLC since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Benjamin founded and led BluFlux, an RF and Antenna engineering company, from March 2014 to October 2020. Benjamin also held positions as Product Development Manager at 1OAK Technologies and FIRST RF Corporation, focusing on building RF product development and overseeing business development for antenna and RF systems. Early in the career, Benjamin worked as an RF Engineer at Ball Aerospace. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
