Satish Chetty

Satish Chetty is a seasoned software architect specializing in space systems, currently serving as Chief Software Architect at Redwire Space since September 2024. In this role, Satish leads the architecture and integration of flight and ground software for diverse missions related to national security, commercial space, and Earth observation, focusing on GEO, LEO, and small satellite constellations. Previously, Satish was VP of Software Engineering at Hera Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the development and operation of advanced imaging satellite constellations. Earlier experience includes directing technology at Software Solutions and serving as Principal Systems Architect at Beyond 66 Solutions, contributing to innovative engineering solutions in extreme environments. Education includes a Master of Science in Information Technology from American University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
