Spence Wise is currently the Senior Vice President Payloads, Platforms, & Missions at Redwire Space, overseeing business growth, operations, and partnerships in Florida, Virginia, and Colorado. Previously, Spence worked at L3Harris Technologies as a Principal Program Manager and held various roles in business development, new technology commercialization, and program analysis within the space industry.
