Suzanne Gillen

Suzanne Gillen serves as the Vice President of Government Relations and Business Development at Redwire Space since February 2021. In addition to this role, Suzanne has maintained a career as a professional photographer, videographer, and film editor through Suzanne Gillen Photography and Videography since February 2009. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Administrator of Legislative & Intergovernmental Affairs at NASA from January 2019 to January 2021, Senior Director of Government Relations and Public Policy at Maxar Technologies from March 2018 to December 2018, and Senior Professional Staff Member for the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation from September 2013 to March 2018. Other notable roles include Manager of Government Affairs at AFPM from May 2011 to September 2013 and various legislative positions within the United States Senate from March 2005 to December 2008. Suzanne holds a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Chemistry from The George Washington University.
