James Crutchfield

James Crutchfield began their work experience as a Sales Executive at Ramesys in 2000. In 2001, they joined the NHS as an Accountancy Assistant before becoming a Management Accountant. In 2005, they moved on to Pearson plc, starting as a Business Analyst and eventually becoming a Senior Business Analyst. In 2013, Crutchfield joined Redwood as a Commercial Manager and later became a Senior Commercial Manager. Finally, in 2016, they assumed the role of Finance Director at Redwood.

James Crutchfield completed their education at the University of Kent from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in History and English Language. Following this, they became a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2008, obtaining member status.
