Jonathan Crosland-Mills

Jonathan Crosland-Mills is an experienced media professional specializing in post-production and video editing. Currently serving as the Head of Post Operations at Red Studios BBDO since January 2022, Jonathan oversees processes and manages the post-production team, focusing on continuous improvement and growth opportunities. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a freelance editor and motion designer, collaborating with notable agencies and clients such as Redwood BBDO and Plan International, and held positions at Edit Monkey and Golin where expertise in video editing, grading, and motion graphics was applied to create content for leading global brands. Jonathan also contributed to projects with Five Minute Pitch TV and collaborated with filmmakers on unique film screenings. Education includes a BSc in Geography from King's College London.
