Bill Rose

Mr. Rose joined Redwood Capital Group in 2021 and brings 20 years of institutional multifamily experience with a focus on major metropolitan areas in the southwest region. As an acquisitions officer, Mr. Rose’s primary focus is sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and managing new real estate investments.

Prior to joining Redwood Capital Group, Mr. Rose held positions with leading regional investment sponsors such as JPI Partners, Internacional Realty, and StoneBridge Investments. Mr. Rose also worked in a brokerage capacity with the Dallas office of CBRE and in a lending capacity with Bank of America. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rose has been responsible for $1.0 Billion of institutional multifamily acquisitions.

Mr. Rose has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
