Laurie Mineart

Laurie Mineart is the Senior Regional Manager at Redwood Capital. Laurie has over 11 years of experience in the industry, previously working as the Senior Regional Property Manager at Greystar. Laurie is responsible for supervising Multi-Family Residential Properties and has a wealth of experience in Leasing, Marketing, Advertising, Resident Retention, Construction/Maintenance, Renovations, Financial/Budget, Problem Solving, Customer Experience and Staff Administration.

Laurie has overseen 8 million-dollar renovations both interior and exterior, participated on 3 National Committees and is involved in IREM and AAGD. Laurie has consistently achieved higher YOY NOI growth and Rent Growth. In 2018, Laurie achieved a 6% NOI growth and 5% Rent Growth. Laurie has also helped to successfully market multiple properties through sale and has guided team through all processes of multiple takeovers.

In 2018, Laurie's average Kingsley scores were 4.23 and ORA scores averaged 72. Laurie has developed relationships with all clients both private and insitutional to effectively communicate and work with them to meet goals and objectives for their portfolio. Laurie has also sat on an HOA board as President for a fractured condo we managed.
