Michelle Romeo

Ms. Romeo, CPM, is a Senior Regional Manager responsible for the operational and financial success of the southeast portfolio as well as building strong teams who are focused on outperformance. Michelle has been involved in all aspects of property management including acquisitions and dispositions, lease-ups, renovations as well as the vetting and implementation of policies and procedures along with the daily operation of portfolios that include markets in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Virginia.

Ms. Romeo has had a dynamic career in property management. She has a true passion for achieving operational excellence which has been demonstrated through her past roles that span every vertical of the industry. Her past employers include Bell Partners, Stonemark Management, The Worthing Companies and Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors.
