Shana Chisholm

Shana Chisholm is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and customer support. Currently serving as an Instructional Assistant at Redwood City School District since October 2022, Shana supports kindergarten classroom activities while facilitating small groups and managing classroom tasks. Previous experience includes roles at Clever Inc. as a Customer Support Representative, helping K-12 school districts with digital tools, and as a Preschool Teacher at Peninsula Covenant Preschool. Shana co-founded the Moms in Business Collective, focused on supporting local mom entrepreneurs. In earlier positions, extensive expertise was developed in customer success, technical support, and training coordination with companies such as HealthLoop, Epocrates, Mindways Software, and iScribe Inc., handling tasks ranging from data management to user training and implementation support.
