Tawny Bailey

Tawny Bailey has held a variety of roles in the social services industry since 2006. Tawny began their career as a Program Coordinator for the Arbor Youth Resource Center at Redwood Community Services, Inc. in 2006. In 2011, they moved to Hamilton Families, where they served as Associate Program Director. In 2013, they joined Compass Family Services as Program Director. In 2015, they began working at Project Homeless Connect SF as Chief Operating Officer. Finally, in 2017, they returned to Redwood Community Services, Inc. as both Chief Operating Officer and Director.

Tawny Bailey completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) at the University of San Francisco in 2012, with a focus on Public Administration/Policy Analysis. Tawny previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from California State University San Marcos in 2005.
