Sheila Cronin

Sheila Cronin is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Redwood Credit Union since June 2019, after holding the role of Assistant HR Manager in Employee Relations. Prior to this, Sheila spent nearly six years at Moss Adams as a Human Resources Generalist in Consulting and HR & Recruiting Senior. Sheila's earlier experience includes managing the Santa Rosa office and employees at Liquid Image Co., LLC, and contributing significantly to human resources and operations at PLS Pacific Laser Systems, LLC, where roles spanned from Human Resource Generalist to Administrative Assistant, demonstrating a strong track record of employee retention and operational management. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from Holy Names University and graduated from Immaculate Heart High School.
