Elsei Yeh-Arling

Elsei Yeh-Arling, RN, BSN, currently serves as the Administrator and Director of Patient Care Services at Redwood Hospice since June 2022. With a comprehensive background in hospice and home health care, Elsei has held various leadership roles, including Director of Patient Care Services at Zola Hospice, Bristol Hospice, and Hope Hospice and Home Health. Prior experience includes positions as RN Clinical Manager at With Grace Hospice and Palliative Care, RN Case Manager at Optimal Hospice, and LVN at Pathways Home Health & Hospice. Education includes a BSN from San Jose State University, an RN degree from Mission College, and training at WestMed College. Elsei is dedicated to assisting patients and families in achieving a smooth transition with comfort and dignity.
