Mark Nold

Mark Nold is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Technology Services at Redwood Housing since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held the same position at Devco Residential Group from October 2022 to December 2024 and at HNN Communities from April 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included mentoring and directing teams to align strategies with organizational goals. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as Director of IT at Visit Seattle, overseeing technical solutions for the Destination Marketing industry, and various roles in systems administration and support, including positions at Seasonticket.com, Deloitte and Touche, LLP, and The Research Group. Mark holds a degree from San Francisco State University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
