Cole Baty is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and finance operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technical Accounting at Redwood Materials since September 2025, Cole previously held the role of Director at Stout from March 2023 to October 2025. Prior to that, Cole was the VP of Accounting and Finance Operations at Merrimak for a brief period in 2022, and served as a Partner at van den Boom & Associates LLC earlier that same year. Cole also held the role of Partner at Connor Group for several years, as well as positions of increasing responsibility at KPMG, culminating in the role of Manager.
