Solomon Anirudhan

Solomon Anirudhan possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources within the technology and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as a Talent leader at Redwood Materials since February 2025, Solomon manages the recruitment process for all ESS/BESS projects, focusing on both software and hardware roles. Prior roles include Senior Technical Recruiter/HRBP at Gotion Inc., where responsibilities encompassed engineering talent acquisition in a global context, and Senior Technical Recruiter at Lucid Motors, specializing in ADAS/AD hiring for electric vehicles. Earlier experience includes technical recruitment at Scoop Technologies, a freelance HR and recruitment consultant for various companies, and a Human Resources Generalist position at Satellite Healthcare. Solomon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from San José State University, alongside prior education at De Anza College and Mission San Jose High School.
