Eric Horowitz

Eric Horowitz is the Principal Owner of RWC Lending, an affiliate of Redwood, which specializes in originating and managing first-lien mortgages secured by stabilized multifamily properties nationwide. Eric is also the Principal Owner of Redwood Real Estate Group, a fourth-generation real estate investment, management, and development company that invests across all real estate asset classes. Eric previously held positions at Nomura as a Vice President in Mortgage Credit Trading, at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. as an Analyst working on the unwind of derivatives portfolios, at J.P. Morgan as a CDO/CLO Trading Analyst, and at Bear Stearns & Co. as a Summer Analyst in CDO/CLO Trading. Eric holds a Masters degree in Real Estate from New York University.
