Katrina Proud

Katrina Proud has been part of the Redwood team since 1999. She has a wide-ranging background in educational care programs, innovative program development, and strategic planning processes to maintain high-quality services for children and families. Together with a team of amazing and creative teachers, Katrina successfully led Children Services through several accreditation processes, quality and rating improvement systems, and full integration of several diverse programs. Katrina is very passionate about team building, supporting, and coaching her team to deliver the best possible services and takes great pride in knowing that Redwood strives for excellence to achieve top quality programs for all clients.
