Jag Rayat has over 25 years of work experience in various financial and business consulting roles. Jag started their career as a Trainee Audit Accountant at Bhatti & Co Chartered Accountants in 1994. Jag then worked as an Inter-Company Accountant at MCDERMOTT MARINE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED from 1996 to 1997. From 1998 to 2005, they served as the UK Financial Controller at Rudolf WIld GmbH & Co.KG. In 2006, they joined City University London as a SAP Systems Accountant and was later promoted to Senior Business Analyst. At Energizer Holdings, Jag worked as an SAP Finance Lead from 2013 to 2015, focusing on system design and data migration. Jag then moved on to Redwood Software, where they held the role of Senior Functional Consultant from 2015 to 2017 and was later promoted to Finance Transformation Lead. In this role, they led strategic projects to standardize and automate global processes. Throughout their career, Jag has successfully implemented finance functions for start-ups and played a key role in company separation activities.

Jag Rayat completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Accounting with Business Economics from Middlesex University between 1991 and 1994. In 1988 to 1991, they attended Mathew Boulton College and completed A-Levels in Accounts, Economics, and Law. Jag holds the designation of Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from ACCA since 2003. Jag also obtained various certifications including SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA 2020 and SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Financials Experts (SAP S/4HANA 1909) from SAP, Certificate in Digital Innovation for Finance from ACCA, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014. Additionally, they attained a Solution Consultant certification in my SAP Financials - Managerial and Financial Accounting from SAP in 2002.
