Sharon Gloyer

Sharon Gloyer, Ed.D. is an experienced professional in the field of learning and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Global Learning and Leadership Development at Redwood Software since April 2024. Prior to this, Sharon held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Camunda from July 2022 to April 2024 and spent ten years at Accenture in various roles, including Senior Manager, Performance Manager, and Talent & Organization Consultant. Sharon also contributed as a Certified Dear World Storyteller, facilitating cultural initiatives for new joiners at Accenture. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Business Systems Analyst and IT Software Trainer at McGuireWoods, a Teacher at Henrico County Public Schools, Manager of Staff Training and Development at McGuireWoods, and Employee Development Specialist at Marine Corps Community Services. Sharon earned a Doctor of Education from Vanderbilt University (2023), a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Xavier University (2001), and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan (1995).
