Steve Muller is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer care and consulting services, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Care and Consulting Services at Redwood Software since December 2000. In this role, Steve provides dynamic leadership across the Americas and APJ, managing customer support, implementation consulting, and training for over 3,000 SAP customers worldwide. Previous positions include Vice President of Customer Care, Americas, overseeing customer care for Redwood Direct customers and addressing priority escalation issues, as well as Vice President Solutions for North America, managing customer care and consulting teams.
