Ashley Miller

Ashley Miller has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and benefits administration. Ashley currently holds the position of SVP, Total Rewards & People Systems at Redwood Trust, Inc. with a focus on managing compensation and benefits programs. Prior to this, they worked as the VP, Compensation & Benefits at the same company. Before joining Redwood Trust, Inc., Ashley worked at Gates Corporation as a Sr. Global Benefits Analyst, where they implemented cost control measures for medical plans and partnered with HR and Payroll to enhance leave policies. Ashley also served as a Benefits Specialist at SM Energy Company, where they administered various benefit plans, monitored regulatory requirements, and coordinated fiduciary/investment committee activities. Earlier in their career, Ashley was an HRIS & Benefits Specialist at DigitalGlobe, Inc., overseeing benefit plan administration and management, as well as an HR Coordinator responsible for HRIS data entry and assisting employees with benefits inquiries. Their work experience also includes a position in Operations at Compliance Administration, where they generated compliance reports, maintained drug and alcohol testing records, and provided coaching on policy fulfillment and development.
