Doneene Damon

Doneene Keemer Damon serves on the Board of Directors for Redwood Trust, Inc. and Brown Advisory Delaware Trust Company, holding these positions since November 2023 and 2021, respectively. In addition, Doneene has been with Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A. since September 1992, currently serving as Immediate Past President and Chief Diversity Director in the Business Department. Doneene holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, obtained in 1992, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University, completed in 1989. Early education was completed at the Philadelphia High School for Girls, graduating in 1985.
