Jessica Carlson

Jessica Carlson has extensive work experience in the field of compliance and risk management. Jessica worked as a Senior Vice President of Information Technology Risk & Compliance at Redwood Trust, Inc., where they established a culture of compliance and managed various compliance efforts such as Sarbanes Oxley, business continuity, and vendor risk management. Prior to this, they worked at Orbitz Worldwide as a Compliance Manager, where they led multiple compliance programs, including SOC 2 compliance and enterprise risk management. Jessica also served as the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program coordinator. Jessica began their career at Protiviti as a Manager, specializing in Information Technology Internal Audit. Jessica managed the execution of SOX IT testing for various organizations.

Jessica Carlson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Technology and Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Prior to their university education, they attended West Lafayette Jr/Sr High from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Certified Business Continuity Lead Auditor (CBCLA) from DRI International in 2013 and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in January 2010.
